Mark V Mega Duel Disk

The XKS-KaibaCorporation Mark V (Five) Mega Duel Disk is Matrix Prime's latest addition to the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG! This Duel Disk is Duel Runner/D-Wheel compatible, with new Turbo Duel software installed, including a new Speed World Field Spell:

Speed World: Mach V
Field Spell Card
This card's name is treated as "Speed World". If a player activates a Spell Card other than a Speed Spell, they take no damage. Each player gains a Speed Counter during each Standby Phase, except on the first turn. Each player loses 1 Speed Counter for every 1000 Damage taken. During each player's turn, he or she may remove a certain number of Speed Counters to activate the following effect based on the amount removed:
2 SPC: Draw 3 cards.
4 SPC: Destroy 2 Spell & Trap Cards your Opponent controls.
6 SPC: Your Opponent discards the top 6 cards of his or her Deck.
8 SPC: All Monsters you control gain 2500 ATK. (This effect is permanent.)
10 SPC: Select 1 Monster in either player's Deck or Graveyard and Special Summon it, ignoring the Summoning Conditions.
12 SPC: Destroy all cards your Opponent controls and discard all cards in your Opponent's Hand. Inflict 800 Damage for each card sent to the Graveyard by this effect.
